Euphoria Comfort Beach Alanya - Mahmutlar

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. My room was clean and tidy, and I was comfortable throughout my visit. the hotel's breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of options available to choose from.

Couldn't fault.

Hotel was not at a 5 star rating bath tub had stains/dirty food was at a 3 star rating always waiting in line food always running out no where to sit eating area no aircon, flys on food majority of ppl werent happy with hotel glasses werent clean & cutlery, plates drinking water was warm they always ran out on ice when we arrived at the hotel staff not friendly to find out stuff u need to ask they werent doing there job to standar there wasnt any water in the mini fridge we requested some didnt recieve anything and there was a shortage of bath towel only had 2 which there was 3 of us in the room we stayed 5 nights room was cleaned just once so lived in filth

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel exceeded our expectations. the service was top-notch and the Spa & wellness centre was a true oasis of relaxation. the heated indoor swimming pool and sauna were great for unwinding after a long day, and the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing change.

The only minor issue was that the snack bar was understaffed during peak hours. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter weekend and although we had expected the place to be crowded, it was actually very peaceful. The hotel was located near the beach which was perfect for a morning walk. We had two great meals at the hotel, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and the dinner was cooked to perfection. Another advantage was that the hotel offered free wifi, which was helpful in keeping us connected to our family.

The rest of our stay was quite unpleasant. The hotel feels old and rundown and the staff was not friendly at all.

Spent Christmas at a hyped-up resort and came out pleasantly surprised! Staff here were friendly and courteous but what truly made our stay worth it were the breathtaking views and the luxe amenities. We were amazed by the crystal clear pools, and the vast gardens surrounding the resort that made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the resort is just a stone's throw away from the beach which made for a wonderful morning stroll.

Despite all the beauty and grandeur, there were a few issues. For starters, the food selection could have been better and tended to run out fast.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the beach and some shops. the view from the few outdoor balconies available was pleasant. the room had basic amenities like clean bedsheets, but the bathroom was poorly cleaned and had lingering odors.

The hotel staff were unprofessional and rude to guests, causing distress during check-in and throughout the stay.
